Summary

The Junior Process Analyst will have following responsibilities :


- Supporting and contributing to cross-functional process improvement and optimization projects under the guidance of senior stakeholders
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of process management frameworks (e.g. KPIs, documentation standards, governance approaches)
- Supporting the analysis and modeling of business processes to identify weaknesses and improvement potential
- Contributing to the introduction and application of modern tools for process mining, automation, and processes digitalization
- Supporting the development of innovative solution approaches using new technologies such as robotics, bots, AI, and data-driven analysis methods
- Supporting the analysis and documentation of regulatory requirements for cross-functional or department -specific processes
- Assisting in the coordination of process and governance topics with internal stakeholders and the group under supervision
- Contributing to the preparation of management-level reporting and dashboards on the status of process documentation (e.g. Level 3-5)
- Taking over administrative tasks within the department (e.g. meeting and appointment coordination, maintenance of documentation and overviews, support in reporting activities)
- Providing support to the Data and Innovation teams on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. analyses, researc
